GRAVITY IS OPTIONAL.

HYPERGRID is an anti-gravity racer in neon light. Fly a hover machine at over 1,000 km/h on ribbon tracks that loop, corkscrew, climb walls and close into tubes, through eight worlds from a lava canyon to a casino strip to a station in orbit. Your energy is your shield and your boost: burn it to fly faster, and save enough to survive the last lap.

Free, in your browser, no download. Keyboard or gamepad.

Features

  • 12 tracks across 8 themed worlds: the Grid city, Neon Harbor, Dune Sea, Magma Core, Orbit Ring, Storm Spire, Jackpot Strip and Data Void
  • Loops, wall-rides and corkscrews, tubes you race the inside of, cylinders you race the outside of, and 370 metres upside down on Null Sector's Ceiling
  • 27 machines, each with its own speed, grip and weight: 20 to choose from at the start, 7 more to win
  • Power-ups: Shield, Overdrive, Energy Cell, Phase, and the rare ones: Blink (jump 70 m ahead), Overclocked (the boost locked on, for free), Shockwave (shove the pack aside) and Rewind
  • Grand Prix: three cups of four races (Ignition, Overdrive and Zero-G) on Easy, Standard or Expert, points for every finish, gold, silver and bronze trophies, and golds that unlock new machines
  • Four rivals who race hard and play by your rules: the same power-ups, no rubber band
  • Energy is everything: walls and hits drain it, the boost burns it, recharge strips give it back. Run dry and your machine breaks up
  • A best lap on every track to beat
  • Synthwave soundtrack: a song for every track
  • Calm mode: with your system's "reduce motion" setting on, flashes and flicker are replaced by soft glows
